Controls the growth of abnormal cells, regulates cell aging and inhibits free radicals. So, include these in your diet regularly.

It is important to consult a doctor when using supplements. Because a sudden increase in a particular nutrient can sometimes produce unwanted effects. Avoid artificial sweeteners, flavorings, processed foods, junk foods, fried foods, high-fat foods, carbonated drinks, etc. completely.

Some people may experience changes in their mineral levels after surgery. Check which salt is low in the body and take vegetables, greens and fruits that are high in it. Consult your doctor and

Do not touch tobacco and alcohol

Life changes
