Exercise

Various foods such as turmeric, ginger, garlic, onion, bark, anise, cloves, curry leaves, broccoli, green tea, avocado, pepper, cumin, fenugreek are known to normalize the body’s metabolism. Controls the growth of abnormal cells, regulates cell aging and inhibits free radicals. So, include these in your diet regularly.

It is important to consult a doctor when using supplements. Because a sudden increase in a particular nutrient can sometimes produce unwanted effects. Avoid artificial sweeteners, flavorings, processed foods, junk foods, fried foods, high-fat foods, carbonated drinks, etc. completely.

Some people may experience changes in their mineral levels after surgery. Check which salt is low in the body and take vegetables, greens and fruits that are high in it. Consult your doctor and
take foods for side effects of cancer like vomiting, dizziness, pain etc.

Maintaining a Healthy Weight Fluctuations in weight may occur after cancer treatment. It is important to maintain a proper weight for your height. People who are underweight should try to gain weight through healthy, nutritious foods. For those who need to lose weight, try to lose weight gradually. You can plan to lose up to a maximum of one kg per week.

Do not touch tobacco and alcohol

Tobacco is the gateway to cancer. So, do not touch tobacco for any reason. This may prevent another cancer attack. Likewise, it is very important to give up alcohol as it affects the body’s metabolism.

Life changes

Positive thoughts are very important to fight cancer. So, look for things and people that give you confidence. Make it mandatory to sleep eight hours daily.
